The Cofrac standalone logo is reserved to the French Accreditation Committee and those expressly authorised to use it. The Cofrac Validation/Verification accreditation mark displayed on this website is used by EXPO’STAT as an accredited body, within the limits of its current scope (No. 3-1876).
EXPO’STAT clients, website visitors and other third parties are not authorised to reproduce, reuse, display or place the accreditation mark separately on their own websites, promotional material, statements, documents or products. EXPO’STAT cannot transfer this right of use to them.
Faithful reproduction of a document issued by EXPO’STAT, including a verification opinion or report bearing the mark, is not considered a separate use of the accreditation mark. Such reproduction remains subject to contractual terms, confidentiality requirements and the applicable rights governing the document.
Any communication referring to services performed under accreditation must be factually accurate, identify EXPO’STAT as the accredited body and relate to services actually covered by the published scope. It must not imply that the client, its event, products or services are accredited, approved or inspected by Cofrac.
